Aatmja Kumari(Intern Journalist): Lucknow: Cyber ​​fraudsters cheated 14 lakh rupees from retired master craftman from the railway. This fraud was committed by the fraudster to become an officer of SBI Life Insurance Company. The victim complained to the Alambagh police station, but the police took no action. The victim filed a petition in the court which was ordered to file a case. Police is investigating the case by registering a case.

Jagannath Prasad, a resident of Artinagar in Garhi Kanaura, Alambagh, was a master craftman at the mill nightshop at the Vishwakarma Loco Workshop. He retired on 31 January 2019. After retiring, Rs 45.17 lakh was found in Jagannath’s SBI pension account. Met a person in the bank itself. He called himself SBI Life Insurance Company Limited. Nagendra Mishra, Business Manager of Shahnazfarod told. According to Jagannath, the fraudster Nagendra explained the plans of SBI Life Insurance and took a photo along with taking the mobile number and address. In February itself, Nagendra reached Jagannath’s house with another companion.

Complicating things, I took a check of Rs 1 lakh on 5 March 2019. The check was put in SBI Life Insurance. After this, Nagendra again got a check of 10 lakh rupees. Jagannath filled the check SBI then the check was returned by mistake. After this, the accused again took two checks of Rs 10 and 4 lakh from the retired railwayman. Frustrated that after depositing the check, we will give the receipt. The fraudsters fraudulently got the check paid into their account.

Meanwhile, when the arrest of Nagendra Kumar Mishra was reported, there was a feeling of cheating Rs 14 lakh. The victim complained to Alambagh and Police Commissioner’s office. But no action was taken. He then filed a petition in the court. Upon which the court ordered a case to be filed. According to Inspector in-charge Alambagh Pradeep Singh, the matter is being investigated.
