(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Kanpur: On Wednesday, DM took a major action on the death of V Corona patients in one day at Kashiram Hospital. It is recommended to terminate the services of four doctors after negligence was revealed. These doctors are selected from the Commission. On 5 September, 5 patients have died in the ICU in the hospital. It was told that doctors did not come when the shift was changed.
Those who were not on Duty went ahead of time, duty did not change and the ICU did not have rounds. After the deaths, DM constituted a three members committee under the chairmanship of the CMO. Based on this report, the recommendation has been sent to the government for dismissal. Inspected the hospital the next day, which revealed prima facie doctor’s mistake. The committee investigated and handed over the reports to four doctors, Dr. Mahesh Dwivedi, Dr. Swarup Mohanty, Dr. Ashish Katiyar, and Dr. Mahendra Kumar.
