(Namita Pradhan, Intern Journalist) Karnataka; Two Cameroonians and two security guards were arrested for selling Covid-19 drugs by creating a fake website by selling Sundry items, from Covid-19 medicines to foreign bred pups and cheating people who placed orders.
The Camerooins they are resident of Kammanahalli, they came Bengaluru a few months ago on a tourist visa. They met the security guards Laskar and Barbuyya during their visit to ATM.
With the guards help they open the bank account where the guards get 10% commission for each transaction the Cameroonians do through the account.
So it has been necessary to be conscious as people make many fake things out of Covid-19 and cheats on innocent ones.
