(Satya Havilah, Intern Journalist) New Delhi: In India (Coronavirus India Report), cases of COVID-19 are continuously increasing. The good thing is that the number of cures of corona every day is more than the number of newly infected ones. Corona figures in the country have crossed 83 lakhs. As per the data released on Thursday morning by the Ministry of Health, the number of corona patients in the country has increased to 83,64,086.
In the last 24 hours (from 8 am Wednesday to 8 am Thursday), 50,210 new cases of corona have been reported. In the last 24 hours, 55,331 patients have been cured. During this period, 704 coronae infected have died. A total of 77,11,809 patients have been cured so far. 1,24,315 people have died. The current number of corona cases are recorded below 5.5 lakhs. At present, there are 5,27,962 active cases in the country. Talking about the recovery rate, it has reached 92.02 percent after a slight increase. The positivity rate is 4.15 percent. The death rate is 1.48 percent. On November 4, 12,09,425 corona sample tests were performed. A total of 11,42,08,384 sample tests have been done so far.
