Aatmja Kumari(Intern Journalist): The coronavirus is spreading its wings in the country. In the last 24 hours, 68,898 new cases of corona have been reported in India and 983 people have died. So far, 29,05,824 people have been affected by this epidemic, out of which about 54,849 people have died. It is a matter of relief that 21,58,947 patients have recovered and returned to their homes. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 3,34,67,237 samples of coronavirus were tested in the country till 20 August 2020, of which 8,05,985 samples were tested on Thursday.
The most frightening face of Corona is being seen in Maharashtra. In the last 24 hours, about 14.5 thousand new patients of Corona have been exposed. This is still the largest figure of daily infection. The death toll in Maharashtra has also increased rapidly and 326 patients have died in 24 hours. A total of six and a half million corona cases have been reported in the state, out of which over 1.5 lakh cases are active.
Here, the second survey in Delhi has produced shocking results. According to the survey, antibodies to corona have been prepared in the body of more than 29 percent people of Delhi. This directly means that all these people have been cured by coming in contact with the coronavirus at some time. The antibody has been found in the South East Delhi area in most of 33% people. In the first survey, antibodies were found in about 23.% of people. According to the survey, the youth in Delhi are getting infected with corona the most and are also recovering. The survey is based on a sample of 15,239 people.
