But now, the situation is critical due to the Coronavirus outbreak. we never know when this situation will be back to normal, and when the theatres and malls begin to open. Its all imaginary for now.
But during these pandemic times, a few movies that were blocked from showcasing in the theatres are moving towards various OTT platforms. Beginning with small heroes to superstars, the majority of the films which completed the last phase in movie shootings and censorship are on OTT’s now.
Famous OTT platforms including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Disney Hotstar+ are promoting their films with commercial trailers and teasers. Right now, there is an OTT fight among 4 Bollywood films.
And for the first time in the history of OTT, Four Bollywood films are getting ready to release on different OTT platforms, on July 31st.
Vidhya Balan, a strong lady in Bollywood can live any role in the bio[ics with ease. The nation’s pride, Human-Computer, Shakuntala Devi’s Biopic, starring Vidhya Balan is going to release on Amazon Prime on July 31st. The trailer was out recently and it grabbed everyone towards it.
Yaara starring Vidyuth, Sruthi Hasaan, and Vijay Varma are also coming out on July 31. This story is a remake of the French film, “A Gang Story.”
A movie based on Political Crime thriller Rath Akheli Hai starring Nawauddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte is to be out on Netflix on the same day.
Lootcase, Directed by, Rajesh Krishnan, starring Kunal will be released on July 31, on Disney Hotstar.
So, there is a virtual competition between these films featuring on Different OTT platforms. Also, most of the audience show interest in watching the films and web series streaming in OTT’s.
