Allegedly, the family members of the old woman have been suffering for the last week after being infected with Corona. They complained that she could stay at home from the hospital where the old woman was admitted, but it was not possible due to the obstruction of the neighbors.
The hospital could not find a bed to admit the old woman in an emergency. In the end, a private hospital in Barahanagar took about 52 thousand rupees to keep the old woman for 18 hours! It is alleged that ordinary people have to suffer again and again to get medical services in this situation of coronary artery disease.
The fact that the doctor’s family is also in this situation is considered to be quite worrying. The family, a resident of a residential house in Kankurgachhi, claimed that the 70-year-old woman was suffering from diabetes. The grandson of the old woman is the house staff of Chest Medicine in a medical college in the city. The old woman’s granddaughter again won a gold medal in surgery this year from another medical college in the city. He is currently working at the government hospital in Krishnanagar. Although both of them had seen the old woman for so long, her condition deteriorated and she was admitted to a private hospital in Salt Lake on July 31. There his corona test report came positive. However, the hospital wrote that he would be kept in isolation at home on August 2 with leave.
