(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) New Delhi: Reliance Industries, led by billionaire businessman Mukesh Ambani, jumped 10 places to join the top 100 companies in the ‘Fortune Global 500’ list. Fortune magazine released this list on Tuesday. Reliance which operates in sectors such as oils, petrochemical, retail and telecommunications, has been ranked 96th in Fortune’s 2020 list of global companies. Reliance is the only Indian company to figure in Fortune’s top 100 list. Earlier Reliance was ranked 99th in the list in 2012.
