Trump himself has said that the vaccine may come before the election on November 3. Peter Mark’s, Director of HDA’s center of Biologics Evaluation Research, openly threatened this on Friday. Last week, all government officials, CEOs of pharmaceutical companies, and medical experts had warned that in America, like Russia, there is a possibility of approval of the vaccine by flouting standards.
