(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Lucknow: During the corona period, the doctors of the state are saving themselves the life of hundreds of patients by putting themselves at risk as front line barriers. Although many doctors themselves became infected due to this, some also lost their lives. But the state government has prepared a new strategy to increase the enthusiasm of such corona warriors doing duty by betting against covid.
Under which the government has made a plan to encourage due to the increasing cases of covid-19 and shortage of doctors. Under this scheme, the department will provide separate incentives and insurance facilities to the doctors doing duty from different departments. Additional Chief Secretary Medical and Health Amit Mohan Prasad have sent necessary instructions to the Health Department by sending a letter.
After this letter, the anesthetics, cardiologists, nephrologists, chest physicians, gynecologists, and doctors have asked to register. After registration, the doctors will get 75000 rupees for 15 days of covid-19 duty. The insurance will be provided under Pradhanmantri Garib Kalyan Yojna with an incentive amount. After performing the covid duty, the Health Department will honor the doctors by giving them a citation with service honors.
