He is now two wins behind Michael Schumacher’s Formula 1 record. World champion Hamilton, who started from pole position, had no problem.
He beat his Mercedes partner Voltari Botas bye 8 seconds while red bull’s Max Verstappen by 15 seconds. He got an extra point due to the fastest lap. This is hamilton’s fifth win in the 7th race.
