Now, IAS officers who want to remain or become DM’s chair will have to improve their performance. Not only this, but the benefits of government schemes will also inevitably be given to the characters. The government wants that there should be no injustice to the people of the state. For this, it is most important that qualified and clean image IAS officers be posted to the post of DM. Sources associated with the government say that it has been instructed from a high level that only IAS officers with a clear image should be made DM in the districts. With this, the performance record of a DM should be seen before he is removed.
At the same time, a performance report card of each IAS officer will be prepared, so that it can be made the basis at the time of deployment.
