(Manisha Mahar, Intern Journalist); Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who came under attack from the opposition for crimes in Uttar Pradesh, said on Saturday that the opposition is more dangerous for law and order. While presenting the figures in the assembly, he also said that the situation in the state is better than ever. The Chief Minister presented comparative data in the House from 2016 till now and said that the graph of crime has dropped in the state.
He said that the opposition talks about law and order, but the opposition is a much bigger threat to the law and order situation. Yogi said that since 2016, till now there has been a decrease of 74.5 percent in robbery cases, 65.3 percent in robbery cases, and 26.43 percent decrease in murder cases.
He said that the National Crime Records Bureau has placed Uttar Pradesh in a far better position than other states. Yogi told the House that the maximum number of 1434 cases of triple talaq was registered in the state and 265 people were arrested.
