A report that amid the night’s curfew, protesters gathered at First Unitarian Church following a Kentucky grand jury’s decision to kill only one of three police personnel in Bretton Taylor’s death. According to the reports, the jury’s verdict has caused widespread outrage and has become a rally for opposition to the Black Lives Matter movement across the country.

Officer Brett Hankinson was charged with three lesser cases of wanted endangerment in the case of Taylor’s death, 13He was shot and killed in a police raid at his home in March. The victim had no criminal record, The Hill reported. Each count of a severe crisis can carry up to five years in prison.
