(Manisha Mahar, Intern Journalist); Ford India has started the ‘doorstep service’ facility keeping in mind the convenience of customers in India. Through which customers can take service of Ford vehicles at their convenience. Through this service, customers can avail of the vehicle at home or office at no extra charge. Ford India said in a statement that the new scheme has been launched under Ford’s ‘Dial-A-Ford’. In which the account of the sales and service of the customer will be maintained through the Helpline.

Currently, the company has launched this service in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Jaipur and Lucknow, Bengaluru, Chennai, Cochin, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Aurangabad, and Ahmedabad. Launching the service, Ford India marketing director Vinay Raina said that “this service allows customers to take advantage of essential vehicle check-ups, part replacement, filters, oil replacement, and dry washing facilities.”
