There was a commotion in Gudivada, Krishna district. The incident in which a woman was threatened with a gun and robbed of jewelry became a local sensation. Threatening to show a gun in a town like never before is shocking. Ratnakumari (62) of Teachers Colony in the town put her house up for sale. Her daughter, who works in a mall, called to say that some families would come to look after the house.
Meanwhile, a young man came to Ratnakumari’s house wearing a helmet on his bike. He went inside asking if the house would be sold. He said the water taps were not working properly as the whole house was congested.

He then pulled a gun out of his pocket and aimed it at her head to give her a chain around her neck. As soon as She gave the chain in fear he pushed her into the bathroom and closed the door and fled.
The assailant fled as soon as Ratnakumari opened the door of the bathroom. The victim complained to the police that nine carats of gold had been stolen.
