However, during this time there is also a fear, which is constantly persecuting the company. It is feared that after the festive season, there will continue to be a great cycle of vehicle sales?
Actually, the company feels that even though people are shopping for cars in the festive season, this demand will not be the same after the end of festivals. In this matter, MSI President RC Bhargava said during a virtual press conference, “In this festive season ending by December, people are willing to buy cars for private mobility. I am not sure how much demand from urban areas. Will be. ” He added, “I do not expect strong demand in cities after festivals because people cannot buy vehicles even if they want to buy them.”
Maruti Suzuki sold 28% more vehicles in September
Earlier, Maruti Suzuki India sold a total of 160,442 units in September 2020. Whereas, in September 2019, the company sold a total of 122,640 units. That is, when compared to last year, Maruti’s sales have registered a growth of 30% in September.
These figures are also important because the auto industry and the company have suffered heavy losses due to Corona. If we talk about this year only, the company had a total sales of 124,624 units in August. That is, the company has registered a huge increase of 28 percent in September sales as compared to August 2020.
Talking about the Indian market, a total of 152,608 units of Maruti Suzuki were sold in the domestic market in September 2020. Whereas, in September 2019, the company sold 115,452 vehicles in the domestic market. That is, the company’s vehicle sales in the Indian market have increased by 32 percent.
The company had total sales of 116,704 units in August. That is, the company has registered a huge growth of 30 percent in September sales as compared to August 2020.
