Saloni Subha (Intern Journalist) New Delhi: Amid border dispute with China, defense minister Rajnath Singh on Thursday while talking to media persons said that India was determined to protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of unilateralism and aggression, no matter what the sacrifice.
He said all these things on the eve of the eight-round of military talks between two countries to decrease rivalries in the eastern Ladakh. India is a peace-loving country but still, India is facing challenges on its borders, he further added.
He said while giving a speech to mark the diamond jubilee of the National Defence College, “We believe the difference should not become disputes. We attach importance to the peaceful resolution of differences through dialogues. We respect agreements and protocol that India has entered into for peace and tranquility on our borders”.
