(Satya Havilah, Intern Journalist) Patna: The third phase of Bihar Assembly polls has come to an end. As of 5 pm, 53.24 percent polling was recorded. It is learned that the matter started at 7 am on Saturday. 1,204 candidates are in the fray in 78 constituencies. 2.34 crore voters are ready to exercise their right to vote.
