(Anjali Shreya, Intern Journalist): The final design of the first Hindu temple being built in Abu Dhabi has been released. The work of carving the stones in this temple is going on in India. The temple management has introduced a gradual progression from the concept of temple construction to the foundation stone in the visualization of the design through a video. Its foundation stone was laid in April last year, but the work started in December.
Considered a symbol of global harmony, the final master plan of this temple featured a library, a classroom, a Majlis, and a community center in the Abu Murakh campus. The master plan was completed in early 2020, but the pace of work slowed down due to the pandemic. Temple management spokesman Ashok Kotecha said that this is the first time that the final design has been released through video.
