when I consider the concept of harmony within the context of humans, their societies, and therefore the environment I even have a specific understanding of the concept. This concept implies harmony between people, the environment, and therefore the other species we share the earth with. People need fully to know, and act in such ways in which indicate, that they’re embedded in nature and dependent upon it—not just to get natural resources needed for human life, but also that their lives are made richer and guarded by biodiversity and therefore the smooth and efficient functioning of the various cycles of nature like the water and nutrient cycles.
A proper understanding of ecology that we are part of and the degradation that is happening to it should make us aware of the contribution that we make towards its overall degeneration. If we dig deeper we can well realize that its only because of anthropogenic actions, we are being caught off balance!
Of course, there are endless causes for environmental degradation, but the major cause is large scale deforestation, rapid industrialization, and urbanization followed by forest fires the recent fires in Amazon and Nallamalla forests make it more evident!
Mostly we tend to argue by saying what’s the big deal in using a plastic bag? What harm would it cause? A little introspection and question to the self about why I am using a plastic bag ? would make better sense. because the plastic revolution is the best solution to erect pollution! According to a source every year around 12 million tons ally ecosystem! The recent initiative by the deputy commissioner, west GARO hills,- Ram Singh to prohibit the use of bottled water, is an outcome of a great awakening indeed!.
A long journey of thousand miles starts with one small step, so let’s all come together to make it happen. Once the mind is controlled it obviously helps to open the doorway to the ultimate truth as it is and also helps feel the ultimate bliss. This discipline alone can make one capable of realizing that all individual objects in this universe are non-separable, they are intrinsically interconnected, ecologically interdependent, and supremely divine!
One man with courage will make the majority. because it’s not me! It’s not you, it’s all of us, go hand in hand for an ecological plan! Because life blossoms when it’s within the state of harmony and balance.
