The event will be conducted virtually due to Corona infection. The event will be attended by the company’s CEO Sundar Pichai and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad. At the same time, the company can present a glimpse of future plans in this event. The Google for India event will begin in India at 2 pm today. The event can be seen live on the company’s social media channels and YouTube channels. The company first organized the Google for India program in 2015.
Google India has tweeted and said, “In this event, our product and business leaders will present future plans keeping Digital India in mind. We have worked on all those products and services that have reached through the Internet to all people in India. We want to maintain this momentum.” Google along with Indian Railways has installed Wi-Fi at many stations. Along with this, many public places are equipped with Wi-Fi. At the same time, it is now expected that the company can present new plans for the development of rural areas in this program.
Google had announced the opening of an AI lab at the last Google for India event. Along with this, many features were introduced for Google Lens as well.
