New Delhi: (Geetesh Ujjainwal, Intern Journalist) Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal inaugurated the second plasma bank for Covid-19 at Lok Nayak hospital (LNJP) on Tuesday. The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) was the first center in the national capital to start the facility for Covid-19.

Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, “After the huge success of our first plasma bank, we are launching Delhi’s 2nd plasma bank today at LNJP Hospital”.

The hospital has hired three experts, they will contact the COVID-19 patients who have been recovered and will encourage them to donate plasma and also tell them that it’s a safe process.

As we know that the vaccine for COVID 19 is in progress right now, so the temporary solution for this virus is plasma therapy and this therapy proved to be a boon.
