(Bhagya Luxmi, Intern Journalist) In the Markaz case of Tablighi Jamaat located in Nizamuddin, the Saket Court has sentenced more than 275 foreign Jamaatas. Foreign depositors have been sentenced to stand in the Till Rising Court i.e. one-day courtroom. With this, a fine of 5 to 10 thousand rupees has been imposed on all foreign deposits.
Foreign depositors admitted their mistake before the court and confessed that they had violated the Corona epidemic rules. Not only this, but several sections of the Foreign Act, Disaster Management Act, and IPC have also been disregarded. All these foreigners came to India from China, Nepal, Indonesia, Fiji, and other countries to join Markaz.
Earlier, the Saket court on Wednesday granted bail to 91 foreign nationals who took part in the Tablighi Jamaat program in Nizamuddin Markaz. The court granted bail to these deposits on a personal bond of 10-10 thousand rupees. Earlier, the Saket court on Tuesday granted bail to 125 foreign nationals on the same issue.
Delhi Police has registered a case against more than 900 foreign nationals in the Markaz case. They are accused of being negligent during the Corona Transition, in violation of visa regulations. Police say that all these foreign nationals took part in the Jamaat program in Delhi in violation of visa norms and guidelines.
