A student sent threatening message to CM Yogi for opening school-college, police arrested

(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Lucknow: When the school-college did not open, a student sent a threatening message to UP CM Yogi Adityanath. When the message from the student’s number reached the state control room, there was a stir among the officials. Police arrested the student from Agra on the instructions of the officials. DCP South Rais Akhtar said that a message reached 112 on UP Police Service on Monday, in which the Chief Minister was threatened with the loss of students if school and college are not opened. The police were alerted as soon as the message arrived. When Lucknow police investigated the number, it turned out to be Agra.

Before coming to Agra, the police lodged an FIR against the mobile number holder Unknown at Sushant Golf City Police Station in Lucknow and other sections including the IT Act. Police caught the student from Agra when Agra’s number was there but started questioning him as the student was a minor.
The student told the police that he had sent a similar message. Children’s future is getting spoiled by school closures. Police recovered the mobile and SIM card and sent the student to the child improvement home.
