9 crores user’s privacy is in danger of being hacked due to an unknown Drawback has been found in India’s coronavirus tracking application ‘Aarogya Setu’, claimed by a renowned hacker.
Alongside, he said that Rahul Gandhi has tweeted correctly about this application.

Renowned hacker “Elliot Alderson” has said that he has found a major drawback in Aarogya Setu application. He has tweeted while tagging Aarogya Setu app, a security drawback has been found. 9 crore user’s privacy is at risk. Can you contact me privately?

He tweeted again almost after an hour of this tweet. He has claimed that the ministry of electronics and information technology has contacted him.
He added, “I’m waiting a fix from their side before disclosing publicly the issue. Putting the medical data of 90 million Indians is not an option. I have a very limited patience (sic), so after a reasonable deadline, I will disclose it, fixed or not.”
He has added in another tweet, Computer emergency response team i.e., CERT and National Informatics Centre (NIC) has reached out to me after 49 minutes of my tweet, and I have told him about its drawback.
Point is to be noted that both CERT and NIC are Indian governmental agencies. NIC is the Developer of Aarogya Setu application.
The hacker has said that he hasn’t revealed the drawback of this app keeping 9 crores Indian user’s privacy and he is waiting for its drawback correctness, and then he will tell about it.
