Former universe beauty Sushmita Sen is making a comeback in the acting world with Disney plus Hotstar’s web series Arya. Its trailer was released on Friday. The trailer depicts Sushmita’s character changing from a housewife to a gangster.
Sushmita is playing the title role. She is the mother of three children. The husband is a businessman. This character is played by Chandrachud Singh. The husband is killed in broad daylight. Arya then takes over her illegal business and is ready to go to any lengths to protect her children. Arya is the Hindi adaptation of a Dutch drama series Penoza.
Its story is set in Rajasthan. Arya is directed by Ram Madhvani, who has made a brilliant film like Neerja. Sushmita is in the title role. Sikander Kher is also a part of this series. Namit Das is in a negative role in the series. The series will be released on Disney Plus Hotstar on June 19
