(Dharshini.G, Intern journalist) New Delhi: India has consented to respective arrangements with France and the US that will permit airlines of every nation to operate universal flights beginning Friday, Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said on Thursday, including that comparative arrangement with Germany and the UK are being turned out to be as well.

“Till universal civil aviation can recover its pre-COVID numbers, I think the appropriate response lies in two-sided air bubbles which will convey a potential number of individuals yet under characterized conditions as nations are as yet forcing passage limitations including India,” the clergyman said at newsgathering.

American transporter United Airlines will be flying 18 flights between India and the US from July 17 to July 31 and Air France will be working 28 flights between Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Paris from July 18 to August 1, he said.

“They (United) are flying a day by day trip among Delhi and Newark and a threefold seven days trip among Delhi and San Francisco,” Mr. Puri said.

The minister said India is intending to build up such concurrences with the UK soon under which there would be two flights for each day between Delhi and London.

From India, Air India will be working trips to France and the US under these air bubbles.
