(Riya Saha, Intern Journalist)Tandoori chicken is a mouth-watering delicacy that is grilled in a tandoor or an oven. However, here is an interesting twist to it. This recipe is made using Air Fryer which makes it healthier and more delicious.
Ingredients:-
2 Servings
500 gm chicken drumsticks
1/2 teaspoon salt
For Marination
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
2 tablespoon yogurt (curd)
2 teaspoon tomato puree
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
For Garnishing
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method:-

First of all, clean the chicken and make slits on it so that the marination can go deep into it. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients above and set it aside for an hour.
Turn on the air fryer to air fry mode to 400 deg F for 30 minutes and let it preheat. When the air fryer is preheated, open the air fryer tray and spray cooking oil on the tray. Place the marinated chicken in the tray and put it back into the air fryer and let it cook.
After about 17 minutes, open the air fryer tray and flip sides, spray some more oil on top and put it back into the air fryer and let it continue to cook for another 3 minutes or as long as it needs to be cooked and browned. Serve hot with green chutney.
