a delectable, luscious paneer gravy recipe that is an ideal entrée for your meals. This mouth-melting paneer kofta curry is a go-to dish for every south Asian out there. As per the customs, it is a Navratri special dish but you will find it being made at every other north Indian household.
Ingredients:
- 100 gms cottage cheese
- 40 gms singhare ka atta
- sendha namak (as per taste)
- 200 gms fresh tomato puree
- 500 gms ajwain
- 20 gms degi mirch
- 10 gms coriander
- 100 ml oil
Procedure:
- Mash the cottage cheese and to it add singhare ka atta and sendha namak
- make round balls of the mixture and deep fry
- boil tomatoes make their puree and stain
- Heat oil in a pan. to it add some ajwain and saute for a minute. then add stained tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes
- add degi mirch and sendha namak
- Now add fried kofta balls in it
- garnish with fresh coriander leaves
- serve hot
