a delectable, luscious paneer gravy recipe that is an ideal entrée for your meals. This mouth-melting paneer kofta curry is a go-to dish for every south Asian out there. As per the customs, it is a Navratri special dish but you will find it being made at every other north Indian household.

Ingredients:

  • 100 gms cottage cheese
  • 40 gms singhare ka atta
  • sendha namak (as per taste)
  • 200 gms fresh tomato puree
  • 500 gms ajwain
  • 20 gms degi mirch
  • 10 gms coriander
  • 100 ml oil

Procedure:

  1. Mash the cottage cheese and to it add singhare ka atta and sendha namak
  2. make round balls of the mixture and deep fry
  3. boil tomatoes make their puree and stain
  4. Heat oil in a pan. to it add some ajwain and saute for a minute. then add stained tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes
  5. add degi mirch and sendha namak
  6. Now add fried kofta balls in it
  7. garnish with fresh coriander leaves
  8. serve hot
