Aatmja Kumari(Intern Journalist): Lucknow: The ongoing counseling process for admission in engineering, management and pharmacy institutions of the state is in the last stage. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has avoided counseling and has opened the registration portal for students seeking direct and quota admission for management quota seats.
Registrar Nandlal Singh told all the affiliated institutes that they will ensure admission to the institute star by December 5 on the seats left after counseling. Under this, it will be mandatory for students of management quota to register on the portal as well.
He informed that the registration fee for general and OBC students will be Rs 1000 and for SC-ST Rs 500. The registration fee for general-OBC students who do not give SAE will be Rs 2300 and for SC-ST Rs 1150. Students will have to give their mobile, email ID etc. information on filling the registration form. The information will be verified from the OTP on the mobile number. After this, the student will be issued a registration number, from which they will be able to collect the fee.
