Customers can now talk to Alexa in Hindi using the Alexa app on their mobile phones. Alexa can also be heard from the amazon echo device. This device is quite useful for children and the elderly.
Amazon country leader for Alexa Punish Kumar’s study that compared to last year, Alexa has added 60 new features in Hindi and now Alexa has become more useful for Indian customers. Music in India can also be heard on Alexa and 50 different mediums can also be used for this. Alexa has a large collection of Hindi songs and poems. The company said that Alexa can be heard in Hindi on Amazon built devices of other brands besides Amazon smart speakers.
