(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Prayagraj: the High Court has made it mandatory per the people wear Masks in the entire state due to not stopping the coronavirus infection. The court has said that no citizen should appear outside the house without a mask. Every person exiting the house should ensure that his mouth and nose are covered. Those who violate his order should be punished strictly under the existing law.
To ensure compliance with the order, the court has directed to set up a task force in each police station of every district, in which more number of police personnel should be placed. The court has also won the administration and police that they will not be able to impose their failure to ensure wearing masks.
A bench of justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Ajit Kumar, which is monitoring the efforts to prevent Corona infection, said that people have to understand that the mask will not only protect them from infection but will protect the entire society. The person does not wear a mask, he will commit a crime against the whole society and the person who commits the crime should be punished. The court said that experts around the world believe that the only way to about Corona is physical distance and wearing masks. If Everyone wearing a mask, then the infection will stop On Its own.
