He announced it confirming on Twitter that the test for the novel coronavirus was positive and his son Abhishek Bachchan was also tested positive for the virus. Abhishek Bachchan has also tweets regarding this matter.
He ends his tweet saying “ All that has been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested !”
After tested positive for the Covid-19, his family and other staff had also undergone tests while Bachchan was been shifted to a hospital.
He was last seen in Gulabo Sitabo which was released on the OTT platforms, will be seen in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Brahmastra.
