(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Lucknow: The Housing Department has issued a mandate on Wednesday to take applications from 21 July to 20 January 2021 in the mitigation scheme to legalize illegal construction in cities. The application taken in this scheme will have to be disposed of by 21 April. After this, the policy issued in 2010 will become effective.
According to Principal Secretary Housing Deepak Kumar, the urban people can legalize their illegal construction by taking advantage of the mitigation scheme. Fees and disposed of application forms will have to be communicated to the Director of Housing Brothers at the end of the week. In the past, in case of mitigation, the final approval of which has not been given will also be considered.
