(Namita Pradhan, Intern Journalist) Russia; Russia will start registering its first Vaccine for fighting Covid-19 on August 12, said by Deputy Health Minister Oleg Gridnev on Friday.
It was developed jointly by the Gamaleya Research Institute and by the Defense Ministry of Russia.
It will be registered on August 12. Currently, the last, third, stage is underway. Trials are the most important. As it needed to understand if the vaccine will be safe. The first to get vaccinated Medicals professionals and senior citizens.
According to the minister, the vaccines are to be judged when the immunity population has formed.
The clinical trials were started on 18th June which include 38 volunteers, all of them have developed an immunity. The first group was discharged on 15th July and on 20th July the second group.
