(Riya Singh, Intern Journalist): Ayushmann Khurrana joins hands with Abhishek Kapoor for an untitled romantic drama. The actor plays the role of a cross-functional athlete in the movie. For the film, he’ll undergo a full physical transition. Abhishek Kapoor said that the actors’ fans will be thrilled to see a whole new side of Ayushmann Khurrana.
The actor is very much excited about working with Abhishek Kapoor. He said, “Abhishek has a very distinct voice in cinema today.” He said the movie has all the trappings to send the viewer on an emotional journey.
He is thrilled with the physical transformation. In a statement, he said, “I’m supremely excited about the physical transformation that I will have to undergo. I have never looked like this on-screen.” Ayushmann Khurrana was last spotted with Amitabh Bachchan in Gulabo Sitabo. He had paid a tenant’s role in the comic caper.
The romantic drama will be screened on floors in October and shot mostly in North India. The film is set to hit theaters in 2021. Well, we just can’t wait for the film!
