(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Allahabad: The Allahabad High Court has given a big relief to SP MLA Azam Khan. The High Court has stayed the order giving to demolish Azam’s ‘Humsafar Resort’. The High Court has rejected the demolition orders given by Rampur Development Authority as incorrect.
The poetic said that the order was incorrect. The high court ordered that doctor Tamjima Fatima, the master of the resort, has a right to appeal against the order. Actually, the ‘Humsafar Resort’ is the dream project of Azam Khan’s family. Azam’s wife had filed an application in the High Court against the demolition order. Until the appeal is decided, the order for demolition of the resort has stayed.
