(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Washington: Joe Biden accepted the Democratic party’s nomination for a Presidency as a baseline. Along with this, he appealed to the voters to come together to remove the long-standing darkness in America. Biden said that I promise you here today, if you make me President, I will do the best for us.
I will bring light to the country, not darkness. Accepting the nomination Thursday night in Delaware, Biden said that It’s time for all of us to come together. The time has come to make no mistake. Together we can get out of the darkness in America. We will choose fairness over hope, over fear, over fact, over privilege.
