(Anjali Shreya, Intern Journalist): Three RJD MLAs, including Chandrika Rai, will join the JDU on Thursday. These include Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav’s grandson and MLA from Paliganj Jayawardhan Yadav and MLA Faraz Fatmi, son of former Union Minister Ali Ashraf Fatmi.
Faraj has already been expelled from his party by RJD along with Maheshwar Yadav and Prema Chaudhary. Faraj Fatmi was also scheduled to join the JDU along with Maheshwar and Prema Chaudhary, but could not attend due to being in Delhi at the meeting held two days ago.
According to the information, former JDU state president and energy minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav will include these three in the team at the state JDU headquarters at 2.30 pm on Thursday. However, JD (U) leaders Daroga Rai and Ramlakhan Singh Yadav are considering the opportunity of the MLAs of these two prominent Yadav families to join the JDU.
