The court has given a big decision on the appointment of management quota in the department of Secondary Education. Hearing the petition, related to this, since 2000, so far all the teachers appointed from the management quota have been canceled.
Now, these teachers will have to take an exam. However, the court has given the government the option of giving to the teachers on the job from this quota. That is, the government can now give relaxation in age and merit to those already appointed. At the same time, they will not be paid until the recruitment is complete. Significantly, the Supreme Court has given this decision using its special power. The special power given to the supreme court in the country is the constitutional power, which cannot be revoked. Questions often arise about the qualifications of the teachers in the country. There was a long-running dispute over appointments made with management quota.
