Saloni Subha ( Intern Journalist ) Bihar recorded it’s a biggest single-day spike of 3,646 Covid-19 cases on Friday when the state government also declare to have conducted a record number of 71,000-Plus test in the 1last day even as the death toll touched the 400-mark.
As per the department’s bulletin, out of the 12 fresh casualties, four were from Patna district, two from Vaishali while one death each took place in Bhagalpur, Bhojpur, Munger, Nawada, East Champaran and Saran. Out of the fresh cases, Patna alone accounted for the 566 cases.
Among the 38 districts of the state, Patna also accounted for the highest number of deaths ( 71 ) till now. The state overall tally has reached 71,794. The total number of people who have recovered until now was 46,265.
