(Milcah Anila, Intern Journalist) London: The British government is concerned about the rising number of corona cases. In this context, the government took an important decision. A nationwide lockdown was imposed for a month to curb the situation.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who discussed the issue at a cabinet meeting on Saturday, announced that a lockdown would be imposed in England from Thursday. It will continue until December 2.

During the cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Boris Johnson advised senior ministers on further tightening of rules and regulations for the corona. He will also take the advice of Chief Medical Officer Chris Witty and Chief Scientific Adviser Patrick Valens in this regard.

It seems likely that these sanctions will be relaxed again by Christmas next December. More than 22,000 new corona cases were reported in Britain on Saturday. More than 10 lakh positive cases have come to light so far across the UK.

It is learned that the lockdown has been announced for the second time in France as the Covid boom has been raging in Europe for some time now. Millions of people have been displaced in the French capital, Paris, since Thursday in the wake of the nationwide lockdown sanctions that have been in place since Friday.

Currently, about 50,000 cases are being registered every day across the country. So far, 13,31,884 cases have been reported in France, with 36,565 deaths, according to Johns Hopkins University.
