For this, common spices present in the kitchen like cardamom (green or black), raw turmeric (fresh turmeric), Cloves, black pepper, basil, lentils, ginger, and dry grapes are required.
To make the decoction, peel the turmeric and ginger and grind them well. Keep the water to boil. After this add all the spices and let it boil for 20-30 minutes. After about half an hour, when its color becomes yellow, add honey or jaggery to it. Take this decoction regularly.
