(Deepshikha Gautam , Intern Journalist) Queensland: Scientists have prepared a vaccine to eliminate cancer, the results of which are promising. Scientists are ready to test this new cancer vaccine in humans after successful results of their pre-clinical study. This new vaccine has been developed by a matter research team from the Translational Research Institute in collaboration with the University of Queensland. Leading researcher and associate professor Kristen Radford says that the new vaccine has the potential to treat a variety of blood cancers and malignant cancers. This is a major breakthrough for vaccination of cancer. He said, “We are expecting this vaccine to be used for blood cancers such as myloid leukemia, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, multiple myeloma and pediatric leukemia, besides breast, lung, kidney, ovarian gland and pancreatic cancer and glioblastoma etc. can go “Radford said, “Our new vaccine is made up of human antibodies associated with tumor-specific proteins.”
