(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Meerut: Cannon shell was found during an excavation in the forest of Hari Nagar village in the Purkaji police station area of Muzaffarnagar. This created panic in the village. On arrival, the police arrived and took possession of the shell. Cannon was also found here in the month of January this year. The farm of Monu Kumar, a resident of Godhana village is in Hari Nagar. He was raising the soil of his farm on Wednesday.
During this time, the laborers saw a cannonball in the field. The villagers reported this to the head. Subsequently, the police were informed by the Prime Minister of Nepal.
The police have taken the cannon shell in their possession on the spot. It has been safely pressed into Khadar in Sherpur. Police have given information to the authorities in this regard. It is worth mentioning that in the forest of Hari Nagar, a cannon was also found on 20 January this year, which was kept in the Suli Wala Bagh by the Indian Farmers Union and Purakaji Chairman Zaheer Farooqui. However, the police later forcibly took possession and sent him to Agra for investigation.
