I will not allow the farmers to sink into the furnace of misery or get ruined. ‘
The Chief Minister appealed to the farmers to remove the dharna, said – the government stands with you, you stand with us
With this, Captain said that it is expected that the Modi government at the center will take a lesson from this and understand the feelings of Punjab. The Captain also expressed the fear that if the Agricultural Laws are not canceled, angry young farmers can take to the streets with them, which will cause panic. The captain also appealed to the farmers to end the rail roko movement and help the state government by restoring traffic.
He told the farmers that we are standing with you and now it is your turn to stand with us. He said that the whole house is with the farmers but the state is going through a difficult time.
