(Ritambara, Intern journalist) New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is making many important changes in the question paper of class 10th and 12th examinations. The board has already reduced the curriculum by 30 percent due to the Corona epidemic and has also made changes in the question papers due to online studies. For the first time in the board examination of the academic session of 2020-21, the question paper of class 12 will be asked 10 percent ability based questions. Earlier in the 10th, 10 percent capacity based questions were asked, which has increased to 20 percent this year. The board has prepared questions in sample paper with a reduced percentage. Now students have to focus more on understanding rather than rote topics. This will increase their logical ability.
Capacity based questions will be asked from the case study
Students will have to answerability based questions in all subjects this year. For these, questions will be asked from the case study for the first time in the question paper. These will be objective questions. This is the first time for the students of class 12th when they have to take the exam with this new pattern. This year, the number of objective questions will also increase. According to the sample paper released by CBSE, two questions in Mathematics in 12th will be asked based on a case study. A total of 33 questions will be asked in chemistry, while 37 questions were asked in the session 2019-20. Nine questions will also be asked based on the same claim and reasoning (sarshan and reasoning). 33 questions will also be asked in the physics subject of the 12th.
