Saloni Subha ( Intern Journalist ) The Jharkhand goverment on Friday rejected the central government’s loan offer of the center instead of GST compensation, just a day after the Union finance ministry declared that the RS 11 lakh crore estimated shortfall in Goods and Service Tax compensation cess will be borrowed by the central government and “passed on to the states as a back-to-back loan”.

Talking to media persons after the state cabinet meeting here, chief minister Hemant Soren told that he is writing and speak to the Prime minister regarding these issues.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren hit out at the center for asking the Reserve Bank of India to deduct the outstanding dues of the central power generator Damodar Valley Corporation directly from the State consolidated fund.
