Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday launched the centenary celebrations of Lucknow University. Addressing on this occasion, he said that today we can proudly say that Lucknow University gave the nation and society from the President to Justice in these 100 years of travel and also gave leaders who strengthen democracy. Scientists who did research were given, and industrialists who promoted the economy were also given.
He said that the new education policy will be implemented by 2022. Along with the knowledge in this policy, employment will also be coordinated so that the youth of the country will move towards self-reliance. He said that I often say that we have opened educational institutions but have kept them away from public opinion. It is necessary to connect educational institutions with social concerns.
Please tell that on the completion of 100 years of the university, the centenary celebrations are being celebrated from November 19 to 25. The ceremony was inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the closing ceremony on 25 November.
Today’s Inauguration Ceremony: From 11 am to 12 pm, Introduction to Heritage – 12:30 am, Literary Festival inauguration from International Seminar, Awadh’s Roshan Outpost – Padmashree Malini Awasthi and Yatindra Mishra – 5:30 pm.
During the centenary celebrations at LU, the system of entering the campus will change. The gate number for visitors has also been fixed during the entire ceremony. From gate number two, very special guests, distinguished guests, distinguished citizens, honored guests, officers of the district and police administration, and invited media personnel will enter. Teachers, staff medal winners, students will enter the premises by standing their vehicles at gate number four and five. There will be a complete ban on parking vehicles near gate number one.
